BAHÁ’Í WORLD CENTRE — With the conclusion of their consultations and plenary gatherings, the members of the Continental Boards of Counsellors prepare to depart the Holy Land, bringing to a close several days of intense prayer, reflection, and collective deliberation.

The consultations of the past days were elevated by the wealth of insights drawn from a global perspective shaped during the Conference of the Counsellors held from 31 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Discussions of the Counsellors were enriched by accounts of numerous places where a new pattern of life is quietly emerging, one where communities are deepening a capacity to translate spiritual principles into ways of living that nurture belonging, purpose, and hope.

In such places throughout the globe, consultation is strengthening unity, cooperation is replacing fragmentation, and people of all ages are assuming a shared responsibility for the well-being of their surroundings.

As the Counsellors return to their respective regions, they do so conscious of the responsibility to nurture the processes of learning and to encourage perseverance. At a time when numerous challenges confront humanity, their service is directed toward strengthening the ability of individuals, communities, and institutions alike to see themselves as active participants in a wider movement of spiritual renewal: one that seeks to alleviate hardship, foster trust, build unity, and stimulate a shared commitment to the betterment of society.
