The first European Baha'i House of Worship, in Langenhain, Germany, was inaugurated on 4 July 1964. Six other Baha'i Houses of Worship can today be found in Australia, India, Panama, Uganda, the United States and Western Samoa. Another continental House of Worship is currently under construction in Santiago, Chile.
