Village chiefs (pradhans) gathered in Gapchariyapur, Uttar Pradesh, with their families and representatives of the Baha’i community of India. “Right now in India, people look at differences between religions and make them a cause for division,” says Elham Mohajer, “so we invited some officials to come together and discuss their role in light of a profound reflection on the life of the spirit and the meaning of service.”
