The annual lecture drew more than 370 people, including faculty members and staff at the University of Maryland, College Park as well as prominent guests from across the country. Among the audience were also many university students. "We have seen how this series on structural racism and the roots of prejudice has resonated with the aspirations of so many students on campus who want to see a more just and unified society," explained Dr. Mahmoudi.
